Anyone who has gotten to know me understands how crucial achieving my fitness goals is to me.
During my 2-week journey to Paris, Venice, Florence, and Rome, I lost a total of 20 pounds.
People were surprised when they saw me, as I had unexpectedly lost weight due to the stomach flu and walking a lot in Europe. Once I recovered, I looked in the mirror and understood I had two options: return to my previous state of being miserable and bitter about life or embark on this new path towards weight loss.
What has kept me dedicated to losing weight? The answer is simple. I reduced my intake of greasy foods and embraced a healthier diet. Moreover, I began exercising. I also incorporated green smoothies into my routine, started eating salmon with romaine lettuce and beets, and ensured I drank plenty of water.
I begin my day with a workout. Following my skincare routine, I have a green smoothie. About 15 minutes later, I enjoy a breakfast of a boiled egg with toast and black coffee. My dinners vary; sometimes I prepare diced beets with diced avocados, romaine lettuce, and crumbled cheese. I complete the meal with Acqua Panna. If I feel hungry at night, I opt for water instead of additional food.
Beginning tomorrow, January 20th, I will embark on a new series of workouts designed by the queen of illusions, Tatiana. For those unfamiliar with the beautiful and charming Tatiana, she has recently launched her new website. Transform your life with her method. As she states on her site, it's all about building confidence. Looking for more tips on exercising and living a healthier lifestyle? Visit her website; I'll include the link below.
For those who don't know her, this queen of illusions performs alongside Criss Angel from Wednesday to Sunday in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood. She serves as a genuine inspiration for anyone aiming to lose weight and stay dedicated. As she advises, allow your body to rest for a day or two to prevent exhaustion. Below, I'll provide a link to her website, along with a link to the green smoothie and a recipe for Roasted Salmon with peppers and vegetables.
